Dear customers,

We at NICO&Co are doing our utmost to welcome you in a safe environment compliant with the health conditions specific to our line of business.

In order to ensure your safety and that of employees, we have brought in new operating rules.

You will find all the measures taken at NICO&Co as well as the changes to our organisation on the following page.

Because we can only accommodate a limited number of customers in the salon at any given time, we have extended our operating hours. From 1st September, the salon will be open from 9 am to 8 pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 9 am to 6.30 pm on Tuesday and Saturday. If you arrive too late at the salon, we may not be able to hold your appointment.

In order to accommodate you in the best way possible, we have taken extra health protection measures.

We thank you for your understanding.

• Our customers and staff are required to wear a face mask.
• We also ask you to disinfect your hands using the disinfectant hand rub or antibacterial soap provided.
• Please maintain social distancing of at least one metre.
• If you do not have an appointment, we kindly ask you to wait outside the salon.
• We are required to remove all magazines and catalogues.
• Towels, etc. are used once and washed wtih bactericid laundry at 40°C and then put in the dryer.
• The floor is washed two times a day, and tools are disinfected after each customer.
• We kindly ask you not to handle any of the products. We will be more than happy to serve you.
